For instance, from the boardrooms of Little Rock and Tulsa to the quiet pews of Pathway Church, Billy’s journey transformed him from a rule-weary believer into a passionate advocate for the overlooked and the outcast. Moreover, his heart burned for those behind bars, on the streets, and at life’s crossroads, thereby echoing the radical call of Jesus to meet people exactly where they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although tragically cut short, Billy’s dreams didn’t end with him. Instead, this foundation carries his torch forward, ensuring his vision of redemption, community, and second chances endures.
